3375 FreeBSD bug report. If ncurses were built with termcap support, and
3376 the first call to tgoto() were a zero-length string, the result would
3377 be a null pointer, which was not handled properly.

3380 + remove the "tic -u" option from 20020810, since it did not account
3381 for nested "tc=" clauses, and when that was addressed, was still
