ncurses 6.4 - patch 20240323

+ modify tput/tset reset feature to avoid 1-second sleep if running in
  a pseudo-terminal.
+ modify check-size feature to avoid using it in a pseudoterminal
  (cf: 20231016)
+ improve formatting/style of manpages (patches by Branden Robinson).
+ trim a space after some "-R" options, fixing builds for applications
  built using clang and ncurses on Solaris.
