20 The function <B>form_request_name</B> returns the printable name
21 of a form request code.
22 The function <B>form_request_by_name</B> searches in the name-
23 table for a request with the given name and returns its
24 request code. Otherwise E_NO_MATCH is returned.

29 <B>form_request_name</B> returns <B>NULL</B> on error and sets errno to
