As of <EM>ncurses</EM> 6.1, the "reset" features of the two programs are
(mostly) the same. Two minor differences remain.
- <STRONG>o</STRONG> The <STRONG>tset</STRONG> program waits one second when resetting, in case the
- terminal happens to be a hardware device.
