  64        The function <STRONG>post_menu</STRONG> displays a menu to  its  associated
  65        subwindow.   To trigger physical display of the subwindow,

  67        implicit  <STRONG>doupdate</STRONG>  triggered  by  an <STRONG>curses</STRONG> input request
