ncurses 5.9 - patch 20141206

+ updated ".map" files so that each symbol that may be shared across
  the different library configurations has the same label.  Some
  review is needed to ensure these are really compatible.
+ modify MKlib_gen.sh to work around change in development version of
  gcc introduced here:
