ncurses 6.1 - patch 20180901

+ improve manual page for wgetnstr, giving background for the length
  parameter.
+ define a limit for wgetnstr, wgetn_wstr when length is negative or
  "too large".
+ update configure script to autoconf 2.52.20180819 (Debian #887390).
