+ modify Ada95 binding to build with --enable-reentrant by wrapping
  global variables (bug: acs_map does not yet work).
+ modify Ada95 binding to use the new access-functions, allowing it
  to build/run when NCURSES_OPAQUE is set.

  structure, e.g., when NCURSES_OPAQUE is set.
